“The chakra healing sound spa that Jenny Matson hosts and performs at Sanctuary Woodinville is blissful in so many ways.  First, there is Jenny herself, who is the embodiment of unaffected grace.  She is beautiful, real and generous, evoking an immediate sense of trustworthiness and soulful ease.  Second, there are her amazing bowls, and the sensitivity with which she plays them.  She is in tune with them and with yourself (so it seems), as you feel the healing vibrations move through you, dissolving your stress and worries.  Also, she likes to introduce other touches, such as gongs and magical chimes.  (I really love the gong and chimes!)  Third, there is the space in which she performs, which is pleasantly simple with touches of candlelight and plenty of cushions, pillows, mats and blankets.  Fourth, she serves light refreshments after the sound spa and a period of quiet rest is complete.  I look forward to cleaning and refreshing my soul in the bath of sound every week.”
